AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Do not touch or massage the treated area

• Avoid Ibuprofen, Aspirin, and fish oil for 24 hours post treatment

• Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours

• Avoid applying makeup to the treated area for 12 hours

• Avoid excess alcohol for 24 hours

• Avoid saunas for 2 weeks

• Apply cold pack as needed for 15 minutes per hour for discomfort

• Use paracetamol for discomfort

• Increase water intake
