Do you provide consultations?
Yes, at Aesthetics we offer Complimentary consultations with one of our Cosmetic Nurses to discuss reducing wrinkles & restoring volume to the face. We also offer Skin Consultations that are completed with our experienced skin therapist, Claudia. During this appointment you will discuss your skin concerns and goals with your therapist, cover skincare questions and formulate a bespoke home-care regime, and discuss potential gut health and nutrition.
What payment options do you have?
We have Eftpos & AfterPay available in clinic.
Do you have gift vouchers available?
Yes, we have hard copy gift vouchers available for purchase in-clinic or alternatively you can purchase a e-voucher online .
Do you have parking on-site?
We are located within the Pakington Village at 2/111 Pakington Street. There is limited parking at the back of the clinic for Pakington Village customers. Alternatively there is street parking on Pakington street and the surrounding side streets.
What happens if I am running late for my appointment?
We ask that you aim to arrive in clinic at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive later, we may not be able to provide the scheduled appointment. We recommend calling ahead if you find yourself running late.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for notice of cancellation at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50.00% of the booking. Missing your appointment (no-show) will result in a fee equal to 100% of the booking. Our booking system will take your bank details at the time of booking but will not charge your card for the service. Payment is taken in clinic.
